Membership forms for the upcoming season are now available at CaptainsGolfCourse.com along with separate applications for the Men’s and Women’s Associations.

The Brewster Resident membership rate remains at $700 for 2010, the non-resident rate is $1500.

There is a new lower “member cart rate” of $15 (for 18 holes) and $8 (for 9 holes).  These cart rates are effective immediately.  There were a few daily fee increases this year.  During the peak season, the “back nine” rate was increased to $35 and the afternoon rate was increased to $50.  You can see all of the rates on the Captains site.

There is a new membership class for “Non-resident Brewster Taxpayers” for $700.  There is a separate application form for this class.  Here are the details.

The applicant must have an ownership interest in the Brewster property in order to be eligible for Non-Resident Brewster Taxpayer AFP status. If the AFP applicant is not listed as an owner of the property by name according to the Brewster Town Assessors records, he/she must provide documentation indicating his/her ownership interest in the property. No more than two (2) persons shall be eligible for Non-Resident Brewster Tax-Payer AFP status from the same property and the annual real estate taxes paid on the property must be $450 at a minimum.
